Shanghai, October 9, 2017-- Recently, Shanghai Hilong Drill Pipe Co., Ltd. won the Shanghai Baoshan District's 2nd Chief Quality Award for Organizations. This award fully affirmed Shanghai Hilong Drill Pipe Co., Ltd.'s management and operation quality.
The Shanghai Baoshan District Chief Quality Award is the highest governmental honor one can receive in Baoshan District in the quality domain. It is divided into two types: for organizations and individuals. It is awarded to various organizations that implement quality management and achieve excellent business performance, and social benefits. It is also awarded to individuals who make an outstanding contribution to improved quality.
Shanghai Hilong Drill Pipe Co., Ltd. spent two months preparing all the various application materials, and completing the self-assessment report. The required materials and data came from the company's managers and individual departments. They included the company's overall objectives, strategic deployment and planning, human resource development planning, technology development planning, financial management, corporate performance management, informatization planning and knowledge management, annual inspection plan for plant equipment as well as evaluation of employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction, touching on all aspects of company management.
On June 16th and 17th, the company also received amaterial review and on-site review from the District Quality Award Review Panel. During the on-site review, the reviewers gave a high rating for the level and result of the company's high performance management.
